Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Personal Assistant to join our friendly team based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the Ambassador to take notes or dictation at meetings to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Organising/maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, post and often corresponding on behalf of the Ambassador.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Ambassador is well prepared for meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Supporting other tasks set by the Ambassador.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French is a plus!
  • Must have had previous experience in the same role or similar.
