Job title: Ambassadors’ Driver (Part-time)

Job Description

  • Start time: 7:00 – 7:30 am End time: 4:00 pm.
  • 3 days a week.
  • Plan the shortest and best routes by taking factors like roadblocks and traffic into consideration.
  • Will be paid overtime if working on days not required to work.
  • Support further tasks set by the Ambassador.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Driving experience (5+ years).
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Previous experience with Embassies and diplomatic organisations (preferred not mandatory).
  • Based in London.

Job Description:

  • Working Hours 0900 – 1500
  • 4 Days a week
  • Compilation of digital & physical filling systems, arranging meetings, noting meeting minutes
  • Overseeing technical management as well as managing social media platforms

Requirements

  • Must be technically versed.
  • Previous experience in similar receptionist role
  • Must live within a commutable range from the office
